If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give a 72hr notice in order to avoid fees. If you need to cancel your appointment I ask that you let me know as soon as possible. If it is less than 1 weeks notice there is a fee of 25% of your service, if it is less than 72hrs there is a fee of 50% of your service, and if it is less than 24hrs or a no show you will be responsible for the entire total of your service. If you book a color service and decide to change your service to less than I must have a weeks notice or you will be charged for 50% of your originally booked color service.
